  all the people that work in this office are extremely rude and arrogant. they should all be fired after the first 5 minutes with a customer

  I avoid this place as much as i possibly can, always rude and pissed off people, asking a simple question they get all irritated.

  Went to Oregon DMV Tuesday so my son could renew his license! He has been in South Africa doing mission work for 6 months and license expired! My son is profoundly deaf...he was a cochlear implant so he hears well unless the surround sound is loud! On this day the place was packed. His number was called I nudged him because he didn't hear Mike call it out! I went up to counter to assist him if he had difficulty hearing. Mike asked me in a very rude tone what I was doing up there. I began to explain when I was told immediately to sit down. I tried to explain the reason but he would not listen! After a bit my son motioned me up to the counter! You see he misunderstood a question and now Mike was refusing to proceed and give him license unless I Dr. stated there were no restrictions! I explained to Mike that there was a misunderstanding and he was wrong. He started yelling saying he was old enough to understand the questions. Again I explained to Mike that age was not the issue but that he was heating impaired! He refused to proceed or give my son his money back. We left and I proceeded to call the secretary of state. Believe it...I got through to his secretary who called DMV and instructed them to give my son his license! Now Mike is gone but the ladies refused to wait on him. 45minutes later as I was standing at the counter I called secretary of state again. Yes...I got his secretary again! He was not Happy! He spoke with one of the ladies on my cell. Finally he got his license! This is a disaster over there! Rude...slow...mean people representing our State! No name tags On! Seriously they all need to be fired! I will never go back!!
